This screen shows the FMP input fields sequence
A) Indices: these indices may be automatically generated:
2+1) Categories, then Acronyms (one level hierarchy);
1) Acronyms;
2) Associations;
Because of the specificity of the above indices, the corresponding fields (1, 2, and 5) should contain ad hoc data.
Other data will produce strange results.
B) Tables:
A tabulated output may be generated for data contained in these fields:
1) Acronym;
4) Founded;
5) Association.
When the tabulation occurs on repetitive fields, the correspondance between the subfields is maintained.
Both indices and tables represent facultative features.
